I searched this blog for answer to question: why google market responds -
This app is incompatible with all of your devices. And did not find
satisfying answer. First, I don't want to trick and install software to
ineligible device. Second, I don't understand why Google listed there my
old phones (probably not even android)
I am looking to how to remove them at all. And may be how to list my new
android device definitely compatible (should be) with the program I am
trying to install. Actually it is VLC (VideoLAN) player
