reload view after adding a new item

reload view after adding a new item

I have 2 outlets: first contains a form. After submit this form - create a
new item -, in the other outlet listing that item.
My problem is, when the submit button is fired, the new item is showed in
the second outlet, but without title and other parameters
the structure is something like that:

--------------------------
{{Outlet}} //content, it shows the item list too
What is the problem?!
